Right, but that attack was performed by just two or three nuts. This attack involved more people, and was much more organized and coordinated. I believe that an attack of this scale was most likely performed by a "professional" terrorist group rather than a couple of individual conspiracy theorists.   It will be interesting to see what develops in the days and weeks to come.
