Using W2K RAS to connect to a Novell 5.1 Network

Because of recent events and downed circuits we need to allow Judges from NYC RAS into our LAN/WAN. When they dial into my W2K sever how do I get them to log into the Novell network? Do they dial in and then kick off the Novell client?
