machine?
David
I must
be.
I am able to
access shares on the Small Business Server,.
I am not able
to access shares on the Windows 98 computers.
I must be
authenticated if I can access shares on the SBS,
Mark
Seems to me that you are not logging into the domain when
you VPN in somehow...

Hi,
From user
list on domain
Mark
How are the shares set up? Do you have them set
up with password access, or do you have a domain that it gets the user
list from?

Subject: Access denied error with
VPN
Hi, I have set up VPN on Small Business
Server. The LAN consists of 4 Windows 98 SE 2 computers. I dial
in and am authenticated on the server. I can see all the shares
on the other Windows 98 computers. If I try and access any share
on any other computer I get the access denied message. I can
access shares on the server however. I bring the same computer into
the office and plug it directly into the LAN, and I can access the
very same shares that I was denied access via VPN. Any
ideas? Mark
