By
updating virus list, re-scanning & quarantiing the infected files on that
exchange server, and then re-applying the NAV sw ontop, I was able to initiate
the NAV service(s) and all is well again! The NAV Alerts is identifying
viruses at the exchange level again. I thank all who
contributed/replied to my sos on thursday...thanks.
