IP Scanner that finds unused IPs?

Hmmmm.. try superscanner from
(http://members.home.com/rkeir/software.html).. Free and fast..it has
option to only scan responsive host,  the ip's not listed are the inactive
ones.. It's configurable for scanning an a Class c range..
