What is up with the list(s) stopped getting anything from all your lists after

I have had that exact problem!  Dump the ARP caches on all of your routers.
I beat my head on the wall for two days on that one.  The router is sending
back a message on boot saying you can't be who you say you are because,
(name here) has the MAC ADD. .......  and you don't!
