internet traffic is the cause for me most of the time. I'm on quite a few lists and average 7/800 mails a day. and I deal with the same thing as you. some times it a matter of minutes!! than again it hours or the next day !!!

Why in the world does it take so long for my email to post on the list.  Sometimes it takes an hour or two.  Some of the time I get the replies before I get the original message.  Any ideas.
