Hi Michael,

The user doesn't know that he is breaking the company rules? and maybe other
rules? does he know that when he download torrents files that contain
applications or other stuff the company didn't buy, he can get the company
into trouble?

There are many ways to block torrents . the simple and the clean one is to
remove him from local-admin group it will take his permission from
installing those application.
