I service HP LJ printers myself and require little assistant from my vendor or anyone. If I need a formatter board or jetdirect card I go to fleabay. Are Ricoh printers just as simple to service like HP? I have a budget to get 3 new printers. I am still deciding if I should switch brand or buy refurbished HP LJ 4250 from my vendor for $500 each.
