Bear with me, I'm not big on office. 

Just this morning, I'm getting, from both my mail servers in Outlook an ERR-
Invalid User/Pass. But they are accurate. I type my password in the stupid
pop-up box (which is annoying as hell) and it works. I have my settings set
to remember my passwords, and they have not been changed. What the hell is
going on?

 

Both mail servers are pop3, no exchange or anything like that, and no one
else is having this issue. At least none that have been reported to me.
