Unless you have blocked inheritance on the OU? Some of the Google hits indicate issues with a Legal Notice GPO with a carriage return in it. IIRC the only way to do this effectively is by editing the binary data, so it might be something beyond the scope of a standard GPO. You don't have one of those setup? It seems oddly coincidental that similar errors occur on whichever of my servers has Vipre Enterprise Server at the moment. Could be coincidence, but could be related, in my mind.
