These guys are engineers and very self sufficient. Mostly they pay me to be "available" for questions, I show them once how to do things, and they learn. Very unCB-like. When I go onsite for anything extra they pay me. My other gig is a bottle of scotch per visit. That is OK too. Only four users there.
