  We just use our file server.  What's wrong with having a folder?
It's easy, it's designed for the task, it's what everyone's already
familiar with, and it doesn't require any additional software (or
maintenance or configuration or updates).  We already have to create a
folder for the user's profile, and for the user's home directory,
setting up a "dropbox" as part of that script is almost trivial.

  Granted, we've only got one site -- if you're looking to send files
across a WAN link, this might not work as well.
