Could you go into service manager and set the Exchange services to be dependant on DNS? That might fix the problem, although one might wonder why DNS is taking so long to start.

After the reboot all the Exchange services fail to start seemingly because the DNS server isnt up yet. We get a load of alerts saying that the exchange services cant find any AD servers and a few other services which log on using specific accounts also fail to start with logon errors. If you want a few mins then they happily start up. Is there anything wrong with setting the Exchange services to delayed start? Would that, do you think, have any knock on effects?
