If you are configured for full memory dumps, 2008 R2 creates a file to reserve space for the crash dump. I would expect that to show in a Treesize report to be fair though.

It's not the system drive just a drive used for file storage. Treesize Free is showing 245GB in use but it has 303GB available and the other 55GB'ish has vanished. I figure my missing space has crept in there to hide. Can I add the Administrator to the permissions list for that folder safely and then remove the files?
