Does the local agent leave any logs or have provisioning to enable them? You would expect to see that write get called without exception, but certainly a test restore should always be done right:) jlc ________________________________ From: James Hill [falc...@gmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 18, 2012 3:31 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: VM Backups and SQL
Yes. From: James Kerr [mailto:cluster...@gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, 19 January 2012 4:32 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: VM Backups and SQL I want to say yes but I'm not 100% sure, hell I might be totally wrong. When I backup a VM with backup execs hyper-v agent it will backup an SQL express database on that server also right? If I had to restore the VM the database would also be restored and usable?
