What's everyone's favorite tool for remote access to your users' workstations. I have a new satellite office that does not have an IT person on staff. I'm looking for something along the lines of VNC or Dameware where the remote agent software is running all the time. I also need to be able to see all the active agents on an admin console and begin a remote session from there.
