Actually, no - the retail versions come with a sticker made from 
destructible vinyl that they want you to affix to the PC.  Once a copy of 
Windows is attached to a PC - that's it.

Well, that's what the license says :)

The OEM versions do too - but usually your vendor affixes the sticker for 
you...
