This weekend I will be doing my last SBS2003 -> SBS2011 swing. My question is
there will be 10-12hours where I will be converting the Exchange mailboxes from
E2K3 - E2K10, so I need the exchange servers to talk to each other but I don't
want e-mail being delivered until I have everything else is checked out. What
service do I need to disable to allow the mailboxes to migrate from server to
server but not receive Internet e-mail?

Last time I simply unplugged the Internet connection but there has to be a
better way. They do have a Barraccuda 300 in front and I am tempted to just
point it to a nonexistent Exchange server but I don't want the messages to
bounce, I just want them to queue up.
