The previous co-owner, Rob, hates how Dell is running the company. As far is the product goes, it hasn't changed much but the support and communications is definitely not the same.

At worst it's FAR better than Symantec buying them. I was at a lunch/meeting with Dell last week and they stated that since 2009 they've learned to leave these acquired businesses as-is for the large part and let them keep doing what they've been good at.
