Well, in my business, I'd guess about half of those apply to me. I am fairly specialized and I do very little "general purpose" IT consulting. Don't ask me a desktop question - I probably can't answer it (unless you are asking me how to migrate 25K Windows XP desktops to Windows 7 - that I can do). Don't ask me about the best SOHO router/switch/etc. because I can't tell you.
