Many times these tools come with code that many AV companies classify as hacker 
tools.

Try to download and install anything off Nirsoft and you will know what I mean.

So it may really not be adware.  Just look into it.

Daemon Tools is the same way, it's got some adware bundled with it in the newer 
versions.

That's where oldversion.com comes in.

I soon as I found MagicDisk I gave up on all other ISO tools.
 
It's powerful, many features.   So perhaps not the smallest/lightest
program, but oh well.
