Yep - more moving parts in the Cloud.

We are seeing a substantial increase in the number of our SMB clients who are 
bringing in redundant Internet connections (even if the second is just a $20/mo 
DSL connection) and using firewalls that support dual WAN to help reduce 
downtime and improve performance.
