fixed it... clearing the cache for the specific site didnt work (even though it was the correct info showing in the cache for that site), but clearing the entire server cache did fix it.. go figure.

Doing an nslookup shows "can't find spokekids.com: server failed". However, if I do a nslookup with "www.spokekids.com 208.67.222.222" then it resolves (figured I would test that to OpenDNS even though they don't use OpenDNS) Their DNS server is a Windows 2008 R2 box. No other sites report problems. I can resolve www.spokekids.com from other sites, but not from this customer. Clearing out the DNS cache on their DNS server did not resolve it. Seems like there's something goofy going on here. They do NOT use any forwarders, so it just out to Root servers for requests that cannot be fulfilled internally. Any ideas how to get their DNS servers to resolve it properly?
