What error do you get trying to use it? A citrix licensing error? If so you
will need to identify the citrix licensing server and have a look at the web
console on that system. Dependent on your citrix version, the policies in the
citrix console should tell you the licensing server (what version of citrix is
it?)

Those are not Citrix licenses, they are Terminal Server licenses. Are
these Per-Device or Per-User CALs? Per-User CALs cannot be revoked.

Subject: Citrix Terminal server

We inherited this system and have managed to get it back up and running
(the system has been powered off for some time!)

However the licenses are all issues

From Terminal server manager I have tried resetting the connections and
have also set the connections to time out after 1 minute on the citrix
server

However I do not know much about citrix

How can I revoke the issued licenses (they will be to workstations that
are no longer available and users who no longer work here)

We wanted to use the server as a stop gap until we can put something
else in place

I realise this is not the right forum for citrix issues but thought
someone on the list would be able to advise
