What error do you get trying to use it? A citrix licensing error? If so you will need to identify the citrix licensing server and have a look at the web console on that system. Dependent on your citrix version, the policies in the citrix console should tell you the licensing server (what version of citrix is it?)

Are these Per-Device or Per-User CALs? Per-User CALs cannot be revoked. However the licenses are all issues From Terminal server manager I have tried resetting the connections and have also set the connections to time out after 1 minute on the citrix server However I do not know much about citrix How can I revoke the issued licenses (they will be to workstations that are no longer available and users who no longer work here) We wanted to use the server as a stop gap until we can put something else in place I realise this is not the right forum for citrix issues but thought someone on the list would be able to advise ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail.
