Trying to remove KB969084 from some XP machines using WSUS, it is RDP 7. Declined it (not removable in WSUS), uninstalled and it keeps reinstalling itself very quickly. I have seen a few posts that say an update with multiple versions can do this, but I can find any for this KB or and any supersedes.
