If the Bookmarks folder in Firefox works the same way as Favourites in IE,
I don't see why you couldn't redirect them both and then do some scripting
to synchronize the folders at logoff.

It'll get messy if users have multiple open sessions though. I dare say
Citrix User Profile Manager or AppSense EM would make life easier in the
multi-session environment, but it all depends on whether you have access to
tools like these.
