Same here. Personally, I prefer email, but we’ve found the split is about 50/50, i.e., 50% prefer email, 50% prefer web based forums. That’s why we keep both.
Also, of note, myITforum was recently acquired by Penton Media (WindowsITPro), so there’s a LOT of additional support for the list from a solid, respected organization.
