I have seem that a few times. I usually remote into the system and make sure the Trend folder is gone from Program Files and remove the Trend entries from the registry. If I can't remote in, I visit the machine and do it manually.

The Trend OfficeScan is already installed on this computer. Yet when I remote into the system I don't see that the officescan clients' installed. I can manually install it but was trying to avoid this. I'm thinking this and a few other systems may have been imaged by the techs in the field but I haven't been able to confirm. So I'm wondering if anyone has come across this and know of a way to resolve without having to visit each system manually?
