Hi, Professional IIS 7 just came out last week (Wrox/Wiley): http://www.adopenstatic.com/cs/blogs/ken/archive/2008/03/06/16536.aspx
I was the lead author on that one. At the moment it's probably the best IIS 7 book out there (there are only two others that I'm aware of, and they are less than half the page count). The other book that I suspect will also be good will be the MS Press IIS 7 Res Kit, but that's not coming out for a little while yet from what I hear. Just got done with some hands on training on IIS 7 at Microsoft here in the NE US, and looking to see if someone is going to cover it soup to nuts going forward. Toio bad even the trainer could tell me how to do a silent script to set it up in Win2008. Z Edward E. You will need a Windows Server 2003 forest functional level, and extend the schema if you want to do things like escrow Bitlocker keys, or add RoDCs to the environment Cheers Ken From: Steve Ens [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, 6 March 2008 5:37 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Re: First Server 2008 Machine depends if it is just a member server or if you plan to use it as an ad controller.
