How would I do this? My google-fu today is just crappy. I've got admin rights on the box in our AU office, but can't figure out how to turn it on. I can connect to the various admin shares (ipc$, c$, etc.) and have access to the other things you'd expect.
I suspect the admin at the remote site turned it off in a fit of pique, as I am *certain* I turned it on during install, before shipping it from the US to him, but I can't prove it.
