Have you tried the shutdown.exe command remotely?

Take it it doesn't have a DRAC/RIB/ILO installed?

I have a remote server I would like to get into but is was last restarted in
Diag mode from MSCONFIG.

There is no one at the remote site.  Is there a way to get it unstuck?

I can ping it but that is all.
