Make sure to check the Views settings. Most times I've run into this issue, they've changed the default view. Joe Heaton

I cant see it myself, but has anyone come across this and know what it might be. He uses Outlook 2003 on a SBS2003 server. He does use OWA also. AFAIK nobody has access to his email account. Any ideas, is there anywhere I can look that will even tell me what has happened.
