I glanced through the article, it seems as though a large part of their
criteria was price, since the second one on the list was near the most
expensive to use, had a poor overall satisfaction with reliability of
brand, and overall quality of vendor phone support was "worse than
average".  I could not find if they even tested HP printers to see where
they might fall on the list.  I am not advocating the HP's, would just
like to see if they were even tested.
