We're considering NTRsupport as a remote control solution. Does anyone have any direct experience with it? If so it's be great to hear the good/bad/ugly about it.
There are many other remote control solutions out there, but we're specifically interested in NTRsupport since it integrates with a help desk system we're evaluating.
