'USB Flash Drive Autoloader'  lol!  
Perhaps they meant backup to USB or eSata drives, and used the wrong
lingo?  Those are viable options for many shops.

I've never heard of a USB Flash Drive autoloader. What product did they
suggest buying? I mean, a single LTO4 drive can give you 120MBps
throughput. Where are you going to get that in a thumb drive?
