Does anyone here use rDirectory or a similar tool that lets some AD property maintenance (phone #, dept, etc) to be delegated to non-admins? I'm having some issues with delegation that look to be related to my other AdmindSDHolder questions.
I'm wondering if (how) other companies get around letting Josephine Admin assistant edit domain admin phone info and other data in Active Directory.
