Ours is 65. We also have a generator for the server room as well as a backup AC unit in case we hit 78. We also have an alarm system hooked into the thermostat. If the temp gets over 74, an alarm goes off in campus police and I get a phone call. This is on top of environmental monitoring in each rack which will email incase of high temp warnings.
