Issues with VISIO 2000

FY1 
I have an urgent issue with visio , i am using an exisiting network template 
made by someone who is no longer wth company.
i have modified the templates and when i print the network template his name 
apears at the bottom saying created by him.
Is there anyway to get rid of his name..please
