In a plain vanilla as-supplied-by-Microsoft product, the answer used to
be "no", but now it may be "yes".  Depends on what SP's things are at.
I forget whether it was the Exchange or Windows SP2 that changed the
default behavior.

 

Might be better asked on the Exchange list.
