We ditched Postini and went to Ninja from Sunbelt the list host.
Has AV with 2 engines.  Nothing has got through yet..

We use TrendMicro SMB, which provides Exchange 2003 AV and AV for each Windows 
machine that is updated everytime and is installed via logon script. Pretty 
easy setup, nice console and alerts.
