Turned out that the Terminal server I was testing against needed to be 
rebooted, not just have the secedit refresh done on it...
Sigh...

I just changed the share location and perms of our redirected desktops and my 
docs which worked perfectly.

Roaming Profiles are having issues though, even though the destination was 
empty and the GPO specified that Admins were added, when a test user logged on 
their profile was created w/o error but Domain Admins were to granted rights to 
it?

Any ideas where to look for this? I thought that only happened if the folder 
existed already?
