Can you disable the wireless card in the docked profile? This will stop the logon process using the wireless card at all during logon in the office.

If you open up the Network Connections and hit Advanced > Advanced Settings, you will note that the wireless connection is higher then the wired. Try swapping those around and seeing if that speeds things up. Even with the wireless off (but not removed) it may still be trying and network time out is what? 180 seconds by default I think.
