Don't single out any stratum 1 hosts - much safer to use something like pool.ntp.org - actually, using the country specific subdomain is even better, if your country is listed. I use us.pool.ntp.org, for instance. These round-robin the various clocks, so if one goes bad or is DoSed, you're covered.
