I've seen a number of issues with them honestly. Performance issues aside...
1) Their support is absolutely useless. If your production S500 goes down on a Saturday morning, you may not get it back up until Monday as they do not employ Tier 3 support on the weekends. 2) The filer panics and reboots when a volume hits 85% utilization. 3) Any changes made outside of the 'StoreVault Manager' GUI software are not supported. Even though there is a command line, you can't do anything in it and expect it to be supported. I could go on, but those are my biggest complaints. Thanks, Jeremy Phillips From: Joseph L.
