Cdimage.exe, it's from Microsoft. I create all my OpenBSD and Windows bootable CD's with this tool. Here is an example cmdline:
CDIMAGE.EXE -lWXPFPP_EN -t12/31/2002,12:00:00 -h -j1 -m -bxpboot.img .\CD c:\WINXP_PRO_EN.ISO The CD folder is just the root of the CD. Oddly the tool is a little hard to find.
