Zabbix is what you want. It's much better than either nagios (which is too 
hard) or GW (which isn't enough of an improvement over nagios).

I tried the Groundworks VM appliance when it came out a while back and was not 
impressed. It was a big improvement over plain nagios, easy to get running but 
still bleh.
