Subject: Powershell scheduled job

I have a job I schedule as follows:

powershell.exe -PSConsoleFile "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange
Server\Bin\ExShell.psc1" -Command ". 'C:\Scripts\job.ps1'"

How can I redirect the output of this job to a text file?

Thanks!
