You find little funnies like that in many places.

 

Like in some core dumps you'll see DEADDEAD as the content of a dword. Even
sometimes DEADBEEF.

 

What you have there is a constructed GUID. The first 64bits have some
intelligence in them, but the second 64bits don't.
