Sure does...

On each VLAN, put the following:

ip helper-address <ip.add.re.ss>

So, one of my vlans looks like this:

vlan 124
   name "VLAN124"
   ip address 192.168.24.1 255.255.255.0
   ip helper-address 192.168.10.191
   tagged 40-47

This is on my core switch, a 3400cl.
